Keto Breakfasts

I’m just halfway Keto educated, and certainly have fallen off the wagon- the thing is, it has never been a problem for me to go back in it!

More and more Keto lifestyle ideas continue to come my way and so, I have to share my finds:

Spam and Eggs: Fry your Spam just enough to get a nice, brown, plump slice. Serve with over-medium eggs. Heaven.

Skip the hash browns and toast, sub for tomatoes and salsa. The two egg breakfasts from Waffle House and IHOP let you pick up to 3 meat sides including sausage, ham, and bacon!

Carnitas and pico de Gallo – If brunch attacks and all you got is the Mexican joint, just pair carnitas with pico and guac. No chips needed!

Real Good Foods low carb breakfast sandwiches– they now come in bacon and sausage. They are pretty good- no joke!

Waffles and Pancakes by Good Dee’s. This is a life saver for all Keto practitioners who need their morning sweets. Goes great with tons of sugar free syrups available out there now.
