Paletas are like popsicles, except, in Mexico, the flavors are creamier and more daring to fuse together.
This paleta calls for these ingredients:
It is important to get the coconut whipped cream to achieve the flavor that fuses with the vanilla. The trick, however, is the use of Aztec Chocolate bitters.
The bitters completely change the flavor of everything and bring in a certain rum taste. It is amazing!
For each 4 pops I suggest 5 oz cream cheese, lots of liquid flavorings, and just do 8 sprays of whipped cream.
Be sure to mix it almost to liquify in your mixer before you pour. The point is to make them CREAMY SAVORY more so than icy.
