Seriously easy!
Ingredients for crust.
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut oil and 1/4 cup butter
Turns out u don’t need the butter if u have butter extract. Could’ve just been 1/2 cup coconut oil. 🤷🏽♀️
Mix until sandy. Then bake at 345 for 12 minutes.
The filling
- 4 tbsp cream cheese
- 4 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- Lemon bitters AF
- Stevia to taste
- Lemon juice (if u love lemon)
I ALWAYS ADD BUTTER EXTRACT and Vanilla extract to add to my cheesecakes.
