It gets easier, but it still makes you frustrated at the beginning. So, this happened.

So basically: sausages, eggs, cheese, low low cal veggies (just do mushrooms) and tons of water. Ok, I’m getting there I think.

And yes u are full bc really this is substantial and such. Hmmm? Interesting!
