Blue Cheese Keto Crackers

I just had to make them because my Keto Flu is still going and it’s not funny. But it is passing!

I tweaked the original:

1 cup almond flour

1/2 Cup crumbled blue cheese

1/2 Cup shredded

I large egg

Every spice I could find

Soooo thin and crunchy !

I mean, why add cream cheese when you can just punch the flavor and get the oil out of blue cheese crumbles? I hate cream cheese abuse. Lazy ingredient.

This was the fat, thick, softie I am using as breakfast tomorrow: massive keto cheese bread!

Use parchment or a Pampered Chef stone. I used both which is why I had half crispy thins and half thin cheese sticks Lol
