Keto Spinach Prosciutto” Mash”

Sick of creamed spinach? Try another cooked spinach keto dish that is just as fun to eat, but twice as yummy and filling.


  • 3 slices of prosciutto, chopped  = 0 carbs
  • 1.5 cup spinach, chopped = 1 carb
  • 1 cup cracklings, mashed = 0 carbs
  • (optional) 1 slice avocado = 0 carbs
  • truffle infused olive oil or plain olive oil (for coating) = 0 carbs
  • Mix together, making sure you let the cracklings soften to your preferred texture. I like a combo of “gummyIMG_5499[1]IMG_5500[1]IMG_5501[1]IMG_5503[1]
  • And voila!!!
