Review of Taco Bell’s Naked Egg Breakfast Taco

Let’s start with the basics:

1. It is not low carb- it has potatoes

2. The egg retains the yolk so it’s not an egg white.

3. You can get it in sausage or bacon, not steak, options. Nutrients follow. It is cheesy, doesn’t make much of a mess and I think it tastes pretty damn good. You be the judge!♥️
