I am about to make this dish for the third time this week. The weirdest thing is that one of my students, who had lunch in class with me, looked at this dish and WAS NOT GROSSED OUT. In fact, he boldly said to me: Can I try it?
These awesome noodles are made with Pasta Zero, home made teriyaki, pomegranate vinegar, avocado and plant protein “meat”. I am not into processed plant protein, but i was curious about this dish from the start. Turned out delicious.
