Paleo Hearty Soups

Ok so I wanted Chicken and Dumpling Soup. Two issues: cream and dumplings. 

Solutions? Coconut cream substitutions and tapioca flour. 

I tried this recipe from agirlworthsaving.net and it was the BOMB
