Drinking water can be fun! Even 8 glasses a day! Plan your day ahead, and it may actually be worth trying!
1. TAKE A WHOLE GLASS WITH YOUR DAILY VITTIES
Get a whole glass in when taking meds or vitamins. Take that chance to take an entire 8oz in, or take it into two gulps of 4oz.
2. MAKE A MOCKTAIL
Add lime, mint and a dash of raw sugar to fizzy water, decorate, and have as many as you want! Hey, they are safe for work!
3. CHANGE THE GLASS
Sometimes the idea of a “glass” of water sounds boring. Then, change the glass, make it look cool. Make YOU look cool.
4. FAKE A SODA
Can u say cherry limeade? Just look up natural flavors and mix them up. Add a straw! Add a little umbrella. Make it creative!
5. GET YOUR FRUITS INVOLVED
Mix and infuse whatever you got! Powders, fruit, anything to make water worth your taste buds.
6. MOCKTINIS!
Have one, have many! Sometimes a bit of variety is what people REALLY need.
7. LET ONE OF YOUR “8 GLASSES” BE A TEA INFUSION OR A WATER-BASED DRINK
A bit of fooling around is still better than a LOT of fooling around with sodas! Slimming juices are the best choice!
8. COCONUT WATER: SWEET, HYDRATING, DELICIOUS
9. EAT PHO! (OR OTHER BROTH-BASED MEALS)
Soups and broths do count to your total hydration experience. A huge pho can be made with up to 3 cups of water. Go low on the salt, and high on the flavor.
THERE IS NO EXCUSE NOT TO GET YOUR WATER IN! IT HAS NEVER BEEN EASIER!
